Hibiscus Iced Tea, Seaside Restaurant, Bali

Another of our Bali Tips that are all about staying hydrated and healthy as the temperature rises in the afternoons, and enjoying every minute of it.

This is hibiscus iced tea, served with just a touch of honey, and it’s as refreshing as it looks! From Seaside Restaurant, on the beach off Jalan Double-six, in Seminyak. (Note to self: if the owner drinks it, it’s probably magnificent… he does, it is!)
